The Record is an adaptive reuse of a historical mainstay in downtown Bentonville. Formerly a used car showroom and garage, known as the Burger Motor Company, the building was later transformed into the printing and distribution center for the Benton Daily Record. In 2016, the Record became a full-scale events venue. The multipurpose facility offers two large event areas with a capacity of 1300 people. It hosts weddings, conferences, live music, pop-ups, and private events. Blue Crane was the lead developer and worked closely with Ropeswing Hospitality Group on concept ideation and construction.
