Greenway Office Park

Blue Crane was the lead developer for this adaptive reuse, class A office space in Bentonville. The design team was challenged to create a modern, sustainable renovation of an aging office building complex. At the time, it was a mixture of metal buildings and masonry structures that lacked cohesion but shared a prime location along the Razorback Greenway, a paved cycling and pedestrian path that spans 46 miles through Northwest Arkansas. A new trailside porch was constructed with cable trellis providing natural shade and scenic views of the Greenway. A two-story, cross-laminated timber structure was added to create a merger of manmade and natural elements. Simple translucent wall panels were chosen to reimagine the facade of the metal building at 702 5th Street.
