For Town Branch, we reimagined apartment living. Everything from beautifully appointed amenities to community-focused green spaces were thoughtfully designed with residents in mind. Bike and pedestrian routes through the site provide nice connectivity to living spaces, amenities, and the neighborhood. We created a range of building sizes to transition from the single-story family neighborhood context to multi-story, mixed-use buildings connected to the landscape similar to the arrangement of an Ozark farmstead.
In the end, Town Branch is about creating a diversity of experiences, scales, and social interaction. It is steps from the Meteor Café, Market District, and Bentonville square yet nestled away in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from the local park and creek where it gets its name.
