A new Hilton hotel is being developed on a 0.66 acres lot on Main Street across from the Ledger in Bentonville. Launched in October 2018 as Virginia-based Hilton’s 15th hotel brand, Motto by Hilton introduces a fresh approach to modern travel, bringing together efficient, micro-guest rooms activated social spaces, locally inspired design, and a communal vibe in centrally located urban destinations to cater to travelers looking for value and one-of-a-kind experiences. This 175-room hotel will feature an indoor secure bike storage, Motto Commons coffee bar, and a vinyl bar/restaurant that opens to an interesting outdoor gathering space called “The Backyard.” The development is led by Windsor Aughtry Company of Greenville, SC, and will be managed by Hospitality America.
