Hotel Sundry will be a 124-room hotel under the Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand located at 203 E. Emma Avenue in downtown Springdale. This five-story property will feature a modern Italian restaurant with wood-fired pizza, a coffee shop and café, oversized fitness center, and convenient bike storage for cyclists. Distinctive architectural elements include guest room balconies facing Emma Avenue and an outdoor patio connected to Mile 16 and the Razorback Greenway. The hotel will serve as both a destination for visitors and a welcoming hub for the community, within walking distance of new parks, restaurants, shops, and significant community investments. Breaking ground in May 2025, Hotel Sundry is anticipated to open in 2027, joining other Blue Crane developments in Downtown Springdale including 202 Railside and VIA Emma.
